Current owner did many updates including vinyl flooring, a full kitchen remodel and updating the bathroom counters and shower. The master bathroom was redone with a large walk in shower. The previous owner converted the outdoor space into an extra family room space and the current owner uses it as a pool/game room. Washer, dryer and refrigerator remain.
